AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
Power clean, 5 reps at 85% of 5 RM/
Pull-ups, 7 reps/
Sledge strikes, 20 reps
The WOD went well. I failed the squat clean on my third set at 135. The first two sets were 95 and 115. I did the power clean at 125 and finished with an overall 6 complete sets plus 4 cleans.
