Good WOD/Bad BS

Pre-workout  5 :30 PM – 144.    0 Carbs/0 Humalog

Pump off 6PM – 7:20PM

Post workout 7:20 PM:  314

Notes:  This was my fault and I see where I messed up.  Right before the WOD I had a banana without testing my sugar.

 

Workout

WOD:
Clean:
3-3-3

And then
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
Power clean, 5 reps at 85% of 5 RM/
Pull-ups, 7 reps/
Sledge strikes, 20 reps

The WOD went well.  I failed the squat clean on my third set at 135.   The first two sets were 95 and 115.    I did the power clean at 125 and finished with an overall 6 complete sets plus 4 cleans.
